Terms of Service
Last updated: October 24, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of DayForge (the "Service"), ("DayForge," "we," "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have authority to bind that company.
2. What DayForge Is
DayForge is a sales follow-up app for businesses and their salespeople. You scan business cards or add contacts, DayForge reads the details and drafts follow-up emails and texts in your voice, sends the emails you approve from your own Gmail account, and keeps a list of who to follow up with and what you've sold. A business owner can invite sales reps. DayForge does not send messages without your action and does not process payments on your customers' behalf.
3. Your Account
You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for safeguarding your login credentials. You must be at least 18 and have authority to operate the business account you create. The owner of a business account is responsible for the reps they invite and for their use of the Service. Each person needs their own login; don't share logins.
4. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate through DayForge — your contacts and leads, notes, drafts, sales records, and business settings ("Your Data"). By uploading data, you represent that you have the right to do so, including the contact information of the people you add.
We store Your Data to operate the Service for you and do not use it to train models on behalf of other customers, sell it, or share it with other DayForge customers. See our Privacy Policy for how it's processed.
5. AI-Generated Content
DayForge uses AI (via Anthropic's Claude) to draft emails, texts, and proposals based on your account data and business profile. These drafts are suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before it's sent to a customer or prospect. DayForge is not liable for the content of drafts you choose to send without review.
6. Subscriptions & Billing
DayForge costs $29.99 per user per month, billed monthly in advance, starting when you subscribe. There is no free trial. The owner pays for every user on the team. Adding or removing a rep changes the number of paid users, and Stripe prorates the change on your bill. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the seller of record for your subscription and handles sales tax. Your purchase is also subject to Stripe's terms.
You can cancel anytime from Settings. Cancellation stops future billing; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and that period isn't refunded. If a payment fails, Stripe retries the card for a short grace period. If the subscription ends, access for the owner and all reps stops. Your data is kept for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be deleted.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers; changes apply at your next renewal.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service to send spam or messages that violate CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, or similar laws (you are responsible for the content of messages you send and for having the right to contact the people you message); add data you don't have rights to; use the Service in violation of Google's terms for your Gmail account; attempt to access another business's or another rep's data; get around usage limits (such as the daily limit on AI scans and drafts); reverse-engineer or resell the Service; or use it for any unlawful purpose.
8. Third-Party Services
DayForge relies on third-party providers to operate, including Clerk (sign-in), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI), and Google (your Gmail, which you connect). Their availability and terms may affect DayForge. Emails you send through DayForge are sent by your Gmail account and are subject to Google's limits and terms.
9. Availability & Disclaimers
DayForge is provided "as is." We do not currently guarantee a specific uptime SLA. AI can misread a card or get a detail wrong, so check contact details and drafts before you send. DayForge is a tool to help you sell, not a guarantee of any result.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DayForge's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or lost customers.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including nonpayment or abuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before taking effect.
